Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator - EBT. The role manages the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of complex Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) structures, ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering, regulatory, and legislative requirements. The post holder works autonomously while supporting senior staff and the team to deliver accurate, efficient, and high-quality service. Responsibilities include maintaining technical knowledge of EBT administration, managing client relationships, overseeing staff training, ensuring effective billing, and contributing to business development. The role requires strong organisational, client management, and communication skills, as well as expertise in trust administration, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
