Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager Fund Administration to manage a complex portfolio of private capital structures, including funds and corporates, across their full lifecycle. The role involves supporting new structure setups and transitions, coordinating company secretarial matters, processing routine and complex fund operations, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate is positive, self-motivated, and collaborative, with demonstrable experience in a funds environment, strong financial services knowledge, excellent communication and attention to detail, and is ICSA, ACCA, or ACA qualified or studying towards.
