Our client is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and deliver data-led insights across the organisation. The role involves system and access administration, supporting joiners, movers and leavers processes, managing vendor relationships, analysing operational data, developing KPI dashboards, improving workflows, and assisting with operational projects. Candidates should have experience in operations or data analysis, strong Excel and reporting skills, knowledge of ERP systems and tools such as PowerBI or Tableau, and a proactive, detail-focused approach.
