Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager in Fiduciary Administration to join their business, the successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing complex, high-value client structures while ensuring service excellence, compliance, and risk management.

Key responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of trusts, companies, and foundations, fostering strong client relationships, facilitating transactions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The role requires participation in business development and client billing processes, as well as providing support to junior team members. Candidates should possess a professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA, have a minimum of 5 years' experience in fiduciary administration, and demonstrate strong regulatory knowledge. Essential skills include commercial awareness, effective communication, and the ability to manage competing demands under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with additional competency in NavOne preferred.
