Our client is seeking a Manager for Fiduciary Administration for their business, this role will involve leading a team responsible for managing complex client structures, primarily focusing on trust, company, and foundation portfolios. Key responsibilities include maintaining service excellence, risk management, compliance with regulatory obligations, team performance management, and fostering client relationships. The Manager will oversee high-risk transactions, governance documents, and client communications while ensuring that all operations align with internal policies. They will represent the firm in client meetings and regulatory discussions, serve as an authorized signatory, and oversee billing processes. Active participation in business development activities, including preparing proposals and pricing strategies, is also essential.

Candidates should possess or pursue professional qualifications such as STEP or ICSA and have at least five years of experience in fiduciary or trust administration, with a strong background in managing teams and high-net-worth client portfolios. The ideal candidate requires a solid understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., JFSC, FATCA/CRS, AML/CFT), alongside strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, and competency in NavOne is preferred.
