Job Description

Our client is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance, AML/CFT/CPF obligations, and risk management across fund and trust structures. The role involves leading a compliance team, managing CDD and onboarding processes, overseeing periodic reviews, producing risk assessments and management information, and ensuring adherence to Jersey regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will hold a Table 4 compliance qualification (or equivalent), have at least 5 years’ experience in a 2nd line compliance function, and strong knowledge of Jersey AML and trust/fund regulatory frameworks.
