Are you detail-oriented, organised, and eager to build a career in financial services? We are recruiting for an Assistant Administrator to join a growing Regulatory Reporting team, supporting the delivery of FATCA, CRS and wider regulatory reporting obligations across a diverse client portfolio.
This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to international regulatory requirements, assist with tax compliance reporting, maintain client and entity data, liaise with tax authorities, and support the preparation and submission of regulatory filings. You'll also contribute to process improvements and help ensure the highest standards of compliance are maintained.
Ideal candidates will be educated to A-Level or degree standard, possess strong IT skills (particularly Excel), and demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisation, and a willingness to learn. Previous knowledge of funds, corporate services, trust structures, or regulatory compliance is advantageous but not essential.
