Job Description
Our client is seeking an Assistant to the Group Company Secretary to support the governance framework and company secretarial matters across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves maintaining statutory registers and filings, coordinating Board and Committee meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and action points, supporting corporate governance reporting, and assisting with corporate transactions, policies and director induction programmes. The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards a relevant qualification such as ICSA Chartered Governance Professional, have previous financial services experience, strong knowledge of company secretarial practices and company law, and excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
