Job Description

Our client is seeking an Administrator to work closely with Client Directors and the wider client services team to administer a portfolio of trusts, companies, and foundations for a range of clients. The role involves supporting client relationships, preparing accurate minutes, assisting with onboarding and periodic risk assessments, managing billing and debt collection, and ensuring all administration is carried out in accordance with AML/CFT regulations and internal procedures. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ relevant experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and either hold or be working towards a Table 5 qualification.
