Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join their Client Accounting and Reporting team. This role is responsible for managing financial records, preparing management accounts and financial statements, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality accounting services across a portfolio of Real Estate clients. You will also provide technical guidance to junior team members, liaise with clients, auditors and third parties, and support process improvements and regulatory compliance.
Key Skills
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in real estate accounting, including offshore trusts, companies and partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of FRS 102, FRS 102 Section 1A and IFRS.
- Experience working with auditors, clients and third-party stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
