Job Description

The primary responsibility for developing and implementing the function's compliance monitoring program (CMP) falls on the shoulders of the Compliance Monitoring Manager, a crucial role that leads and supervises a multi-jurisdictional team of about five FTE.

As part of the firm's risk-based approach, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team and other key stakeholders to ensure that the annual CMP is developed, scoped, and executed in a way that actively targets the business units, jurisdictions, and areas that have been determined to pose the greatest regulatory risk to the company.
