Job Description
Our client is looking for a Fund Administrator who will work on a range of matters providing administration, management and secretarial services for established and new Real Estate and Private Equity Funds.
There will also be a number of interesting and varied ad hoc projects, which will give the individual exposure to a wide variety of high quality clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships and administration
- Assisting with the take-on and set-up of new clients
- Supervisory responsibilities for junior staff
Candidates must be educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent. Preferably completion of/or studying towards the ICSA Diploma or similar; or willing to study for a relevant professional qualification.
You will need experience in real estate or private equity / trust and company & preferably with some knowledge or exposure to corporate structures, SPV administration.
Company Secretarial knowledge would be advantageous.
