Job Description

The role of a Private Wealth Manager is dynamic and experienced, requiring the ability to oversee a complicated portfolio, lead a motivated staff, and assist the Director in expanding the company.

In addition to working with the Director to develop appropriate strategies, key responsibilities include anticipating technical issues, identifying and communicating improvements, cultivating professional relationships with intermediaries, advisers, and service providers, reviewing company or trust accounts or financial reports, and providing technical and managerial support.

Other important duties include assigning client portfolios, managing work flow, assuring debt recovery, gathering and reviewing time sheets, making sure there is enough cover, monitoring department coordination and client work allocation, and giving regular performance feedback.
