The Senior Manager, Fund Administration (FTC) role is a challenging opportunity for those with a proven track record of delivering excellent client service.
The role involves managing complex client structures, including Jersey limited partnerships, Jersey unit trusts, and Jersey limited liability companies. The role involves assisting with new client proposals, taking on and transferring new business, managing a portfolio of fund clients, processing routine and ad-hoc fund operations, coordinating company secretarial matters, and ensuring the preparation, review, distribution, and filing of annual financial statements.
The Senior Manager will also effectively monitor and manage the day-to-day tasks of employees, act as a mentor, support career development, and act as a role model.
