Job Description

Our client is seeking a Revenue Controller to join their award-winning team in Jersey. The role involves billing for the Cayman and BVI office, working closely with the Revenue Control Manager to manage working capital effectively.

The candidate will be responsible for billing, improving cash flow, and limiting exposure to bad debt. The role involves working with the Revenue Control Manager, holding regular meetings with partners and fee earners, and ensuring accurate billing and collections.

Candidates should have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, an Associates Degree in Accounting, and a proven track record of operating within a partnership culture or professional services environment. They should be a strong team player, confident communicator, and capable of demonstrating high levels of initiative and decision-making capability. They should also have strong organizational and time management skills, strong knowledge of financial reporting systems, and experience using a practice management system like Elite 3e, Elite Enterprise, or Viewpoint.
