Job Description

The Trust Manager is responsible for managing a team of varying seniority, ensuring high standards of client service and identifying and mitigating risks. They oversee a large portfolio of trusts, companies, and wealth structures, ensuring first-class service to clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders. 

Key responsibilities include ensuring high-quality service to clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders, providing technical support, and maintaining their portfolio. They interact directly with clients, identify client needs, and drive up service levels. The Manager is responsible for client relationships within their team and ensures regular contact via written, verbal, and face-to-face communication.

The successful applicant must have significant industry experience working with high net worth clients and complex structures within the fiduciary field. They must demonstrate first-class client service, excellent technical competency, and a sound knowledge of current issues affecting structures and clients. Demonstrable experience in coaching and supporting colleagues is essential.
