Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their multi-award winning and growing Trust company in Jersey.

You will report to the Group Head of Legal and will be a core member of the in-house legal team. You will provide legal advice to the Board and senior management and work closely with client-facing staff and external advisers in relation to legal matters arising in the day-to-day administration of complex high value fiduciary structures.

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience within a legal firm or trust business and have a sound knowledge of trust and company law and (ideally) UK tax law, including a fiduciary structures and functions
