Our Clients' law firm is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance of its facilities.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field, a certification in Facilities Management (CFM), experience working in a legal or corporate environment, and 5+ years of experience in facilities management.
You should have a strong understanding of building systems, excellent project management skills, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of health and safety regulations. Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.
