Key responsibilities include timely client/structure data management, close collaboration with the Corporate Team, ensuring documents are filed electronically or physically, delivering company secretarial functions, and liaising with third-party providers or agents.

The required skills include excellent attention to detail, accuracy, a minimum of 3 years of trust and company or legal experience, a good understanding of fiduciary services needs, clear communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and a strong team player.
