Key duties would be assisting the Transformation Project Manager with change management, developing and implementing strategies, coaching and supporting project teams and leaders, assessing change readiness, creating and executing communication plans, creating and maintaining a network, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in transformation, technology, and change are all part of the job description. You'll also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and relevant professional qualifications, such as Prosci, are required. Proven experience as a Change Manager, the capacity to develop and execute change management strategies and plans, experience in conducting change impact assessments and developing change management interventions, the ability to coach and support project teams and leaders in change management practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are all essential skills.
