Our client is seeking a Client Take-On Manager to lead and develop a dedicated team supporting offices across the Far East, Caribbean, and UK time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
- Analyse and report on key performance indicators for client onboarding.
- Oversee timely client onboarding and ongoing screening processes.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Partners, and fee earners to ensure effective risk management.
- Streamline and optimise take-on procedures across the group.
- Act as a subject matter expert, training and guiding the team on risk-based onboarding.
Skills & Expertise:
A-level or equivalent education (ICA or compliance qualification desirable).
Strong knowledge of AML and local regulatory requirements.
Minimum 5 years’ industry experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
