Our client is seeking a Corporate Administrator to join their growing team.
In this role, you will support the administration and governance of a portfolio of companies, trusts and partnerships by assisting with day-to-day corporate administration, preparing board packs and minutes, maintaining statutory records, supporting regulatory filings and helping ensure compliance with Jersey’s financial services regulations. You will also assist with the collection and review of client due diligence (CDD), including AML/KYC documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some corporate administration or financial services experience who wants to develop their knowledge of Jersey’s corporate and regulatory environment.
