Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Corporate Administrator to manage a portfolio of corporate clients.
You will handle all aspects of corporate administration, including setting up and maintaining companies, trusts, and partnerships, organising board meetings, preparing minutes, and filing statutory returns. You will ensure clients meet regulatory requirements, conduct due diligence (AML/KYC), and keep all records up to date. Acting as the main point of contact for your clients, you will provide expert advice and support, while also mentoring junior team members and helping improve internal processes to make administration more efficient.
