Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Services Assistant Manager / Manager.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensure all corporate services are delivered accurately and on time, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also lead and support a team of corporate services professionals, providing guidance, allocating work, and helping the team achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field, with professional qualifications such as ICSA, ACCA, or equivalent desirable. You should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate services, including at least 2 years in a managerial role, and possess strong knowledge of Jersey corporate regulations and compliance requirements, along with excellent leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
