Job Description

Our client is seeking a Head of Reward & Benefits.

In this role, you will lead the company’s global reward and benefits strategy, ensuring consistent, competitive, and compliant pay, benefits, and wellbeing programs across multiple jurisdictions. You will oversee all payroll processes, including final sign-off for in-house payrolls, manage employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives, and lead the annual salary and bonus review process, including market benchmarking and pay calibration. You will also develop and manage the Reward & Benefits team, act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and ensure global alignment with the company’s values and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years’ experience in Reward and Benefits, with at least two years in a senior role, ideally within professional or financial services, and be a strategic, experienced professional with a passion for rewards, payroll, and employee wellbeing.
