Our client is seeking a Finance Officer to join their team.
In this role, you will support the Finance Operations Manager by handling all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function. Your main responsibilities will include: accurately receipting incoming funds, completing daily and month-end bank reconciliations for multiple jurisdictions and currencies, preparing court stamps and certificate requests, and reviewing weekly and ad hoc property transactions. You will also manage and resolve day-to-day queries from internal and external clients, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cashflow reports, investigate and resolve any unreconciled entries, and administer client monies accounts while following all finance policies and regulatory requirements. In addition, you will provide excellent service via telephone and email, and help review and improve finance procedures where needed. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting knowledge, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
