Job Description

Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager – Fund Administration to join their team.

You will administer complex corporate and institutional fund structures, assist with new fund setups, manage switch business, and oversee day-to-day operations including investor calls, distributions, company secretarial matters, billing, and debt settlement. You will also supervise and mentor junior team members, delegate work, monitor objectives, and assume management responsibilities when senior managers are absent.

Additional responsibilities include proactively managing queries, maintaining client and advisor relationships, acting as an authorised ‘C’ signatory, and ensuring adherence to workflows, policies, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ funds experience at assistant manager level, a fund company secretarial background, strong client service skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent communication, attention to detail, technical financial services knowledge, and understanding of AML/KYC requirements are essential. Candidates working towards or holding a professional qualification (chartered secretary/ICSA, chartered accountant, or lawyer) are preferred.
