Our client is seeking a Fund Administrator to join their team and deliver excellent service to their clients.
In this role, you will support the administration of private capital funds and corporate structures, assist with establishing new entities, handle board meetings and company secretarial tasks, process investor calls, distributions and payments, and help maintain strong relationships with clients and advisers. The ideal candidate will be positive, organised and eager to learn, with experience in funds or a similar environment, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, basic knowledge of AML/KYC legislation and requirements, and preferably studying toward (or holding) a professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA or ACA.
