Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Systems Manager to manage and improve their financial systems, focusing on the Aderant platform. You will be the main point of contact for all finance system queries, making sure data is accurate, secure and compliant. You will plan and deliver major upgrades  including the 2026 migration of Aderant from on-premise to AWS cloud  manage integrations and data migrations, test and configure new functionality, and work closely with IT and external vendors to resolve issues quickly. You will also train and support finance and non-finance users, create user guides, improve reporting and ensure the firm gets maximum value from its finance systems. Proven experience managing and supporting Aderant within a law firm or professional services environment with at least five years in a similar position and preferably a background in accounting or bookkeeping. This is a hands-on role offering flexible working arrangements.
