Our client is seeking a Senior Associate – Change Management within the Transformation & Technology (T&T) team. In this role, you will support enterprise-wide transformation projects and ensure successful adoption of new systems and ways of working. You will play a key role in navigating organisational change, collaborating with project teams to deliver technology solutions, developing and executing change management strategies including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and resistance management, identifying key stakeholders and building tailored engagement plans, designing and delivering targeted communications, conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations, tracking adoption metrics, and staying up to date with industry best practices. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, technology, organisational psychology) or equivalent practical experience, along with relevant professional qualifications such as Prosci (or equivalent).
