Job Description

Our client is seeking a Finance Process Excellence & People Lead who will drive the redesign of finance processes and supports capability and behavioural change to embed the finance function of the future. Key responsibilities include mapping and analysing current processes, designing future-state workflows, aligning processes with systems, controls, and compliance requirements, and developing SOPs, training, and adoption strategies. The role collaborates with Finance Innovation & Transformation, HR, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, continuous improvement, and embedding of best practices across the finance function. Candidates should have experience in finance transformation, process improvement, and change management, with strong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills.
