Our client is seeking a Finance Innovation & Transformation Lead who will drive the firm’s finance transformation programme, coordinating people, processes, systems, and data to deliver the finance function of the future. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the transformation strategy, redesigning processes, implementing system upgrades, managing programme governance, budgets, and risks, and driving change adoption through training and stakeholder engagement. The role leads and mentors the finance transformation team, ensures alignment with organisational priorities, and fosters innovation and continuous improvement. Candidates should have extensive experience in finance transformation, programme management, systems implementation, and stakeholder leadership.
