Our client is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to join their Human Capital team on a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience across all levels of the business, ensuring their people strategy and values are at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both experienced hires and trainees.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies.

  • Conduct interviews and support selection in line with company values.

  • Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth new-joiner experience.

  • Support with work permits, visas, and compliance processes.

  • Maintain accurate data and provide regular recruitment reporting.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a professional services environment.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Confident using HR systems (e.g., Workday) and digital tools.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage a varied workload.
