Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive policy leader to shape and enhance Jersey’s prudential regulatory framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of our prudential regime, codes and guidance.
- Produce clear, practical regulatory guidance for effective industry implementation.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, industry and government to deliver sound, proportionate policy positions.
- Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team.
Requirements
- Experience in prudential regulation (regulator, industry or government) is an advantage.
- Sound judgement, able to navigate complex and ambiguous issues.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Resilient, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
