Our client is seeking a People Operations – Absence & Wellbeing Specialist who will work within the People Operations team focuses on delivering an excellent employee experience by managing absence, wellbeing, and parental leave policies, ensuring compliance with local legislation, and supporting employees through occupational health and workplace adjustments.
The role provides guidance on employee contracts, internal transfers, and HR processes while supporting employee relations, career coaching, and leadership training initiatives.
The ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent, have experience with HR systems and absence management, and possess strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, contributing to a positive workplace environment.
