Our client is seeking an Innovation Engineer who will work across software, data, and AI initiatives to design, develop, and implement internal systems, workflow automations, and AI-enabled tools that improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enhance decision-making. The role requires building solutions with strong governance, security, and documentation standards, while promoting continuous improvement across workflows and processes. The role is ideal for a technically skilled, proactive, and curious individual who can work independently, collaborate effectively across teams, and communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should have strong coding skills in Python and experience with APIs, system integrations, SQL, and data platforms. Experience with AI workflows, modern data tooling, and regulated environments is advantageous.
