Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Policy to lead a team responsible for developing and enhancing Jersey’s prudential and funds regulatory frameworks. The role involves ensuring regulatory standards balance robust protections with Jersey’s competitiveness as an International Finance Centre, maintaining and improving codes and guidance, collaborating with government, industry, and internal stakeholders, and providing clear, practical frameworks for industry adoption. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Jersey’s legal, policy, and regulatory environment, proven leadership skills with experience building high-performing teams, excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, and the judgment to navigate complex policy issues. Experience in prudential or funds regulation, either in industry, government, or a regulatory body, is highly desirable.
