Our client is seeking an Associate to join its Insolvency and Dispute Resolution team in Jersey. The role involves advising on a range of contentious matters including insolvency, commercial and trust disputes, working with high-profile clients and supporting senior lawyers on complex cases. Candidates should be a qualified lawyer with at least 1 year PQE in litigation or insolvency, strong academics, and a commercially driven approach.
