The role involves advising on complex litigation, insolvency, and trust disputes, working with high-profile clients, and supporting wider transactional teams. Candidates should be a qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE in insolvency or commercial litigation, strong technical skills, and a collaborative, commercially focused approach.
