Trainee Conveyancer

Viberts is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Conveyancer to join its busy property

team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in conveyancing

within a well-established and respected law firm. The successful candidate will gain hands-on

experience across a broad range of residential and commercial property transactions, supported

by experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting fee earners with all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including sales,

purchases, and leases.

• Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.

• Conducting property searches and due diligence checks.

• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties.

• Managing files and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory requirements.

• Supporting the team with administrative tasks as required.

• Developing knowledge of local property law and conveyancing procedures.

Skills and experience

• Strong academic background (A-levels or equivalent required; legal studies beneficial

but not essential).

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Professional and client-focused approach.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
