Our client is seeking a Legal Administrator to provide administrative and operational support to fee earners, assisting with a range of legal and non-fee earning tasks to support the smooth running of the team. The role involves managing diaries and inboxes, preparing and proof-reading documents, coordinating client meetings and business development events, assisting with court bundling and searches, maintaining client files and billing records, and supporting wider team administration. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and IT skills, prior experience within a professional services environment, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively and flexibly within a busy team environment.
