Our client is seeking an Adviser to join the Innovation Hub team, supporting engagement with innovative firms and industry stakeholders while helping to strengthen Jersey’s innovation proposition. The role involves supporting the development and coordination of a concierge/sandbox-style pathway for innovative business models, delivering workshops and industry events, producing horizon scanning and briefing papers on emerging technologies including AI and working closely with Policy and Supervision teams on regulatory developments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, good judgement, and an interest in innovation, fintech, and regulatory developments within financial services.
