Our client is seeking an In-House Company Secretary to support and enhance their global governance framework. The role involves coordinating board and committee meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, maintaining governance documentation, overseeing statutory compliance and entity management, and supporting a range of governance-related projects across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience within a company secretarial, governance or corporate law environment, with strong knowledge of governance frameworks, company law requirements and board processes. Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
