Our client is seeking a Board Support Manager to provide high-quality governance and secretariat support across a complex international organisation. The role involves coordinating board and committee meetings, managing governance documentation, maintaining board portals and action trackers, supporting governance reviews, and ensuring decisions and actions are accurately recorded and followed through.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting boards and committees within a governance, company secretarial or corporate secretariat function, preferably within a regulated environment. Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
