Job Description
Our client is seeking an Intellectual Property Administrator to join a newly established Intellectual Property team, supporting the introduction of Jersey's enhanced trade mark register. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new function while developing specialist knowledge in trade marks, patents and designs.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Senior Trade Mark Manager, you will examine applications, maintain accurate registers, provide high-quality administrative support, and help ensure compliance with legislation and service standards.
You will be a highly organised, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
Previous administrative experience is essential, while experience within Intellectual Property or strong research skills would be advantageous but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
