We're working with a highly respected organisation in Jersey that is seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, driving people initiatives, and creating a positive employee experience. You'll play a key role in supporting organisational performance, employee engagement, talent development, and change initiatives across the business.

Key requirements:

• Proven HR Generalist experience across the employee lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of Jersey employment legislation
• Ability to influence, coach, and build relationships at all levels
• Experience providing trusted advice on employee relations matters
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred
