We require a well-rounded network engineer with a strong focus on enterprise network skills to assist with the growth of our managed services division.

The chosen candidate will be a driven and dynamic individual passionate about applying technology within our customers' environments. We value skills, experience and attitude over certifications. This role is a split between back-office technical work and customer-facing consultancy.

Responsibilities will Include

Assisting with technical pre-sales activities (client meetings, project scoping, IT audits).

Responsible for project technical implementation.

Accountable for overseeing tickets to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsible for 3rd-line troubleshooting.

Required to contribute to service and process & tool improvement.
