Job Description
Our client, an independent Jersey-based provider of Corporate & Fund administration are looking for a highly organised and motivated administrator to join their team. You will assist with a variety of tasks for structures focused on UK real estate development, working with single, joint, and multi-investors, SMEs, and large listed businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external contacts.
- Schedule and review board meetings, minute meetings, and handle board governance matters.
- Oversee client onboarding, internal systems, company secretarial duties, and client correspondence.
- Manage client due diligence, purchase/sale/lending transactions, and liaise with professional advisors.
- Monitor loan facility compliance and ensure efficient client company administration.
- Handle company incorporations, filings, and monthly drawdowns.
- Oversee trainee/administrator payment processing and prepare VAT/CIS returns.
- Prepare client invoices.
