Job Description

A Trust Administrator is needed to manage a mixed private client portfolio, including property holding structures, investment vehicles, image rights, and possibly EBTs.

The role involves attending to client needs professionally, maintaining a knowledge base of assets and activities, assisting with portfolio administration, preparing standard minutes, arranging board meetings, forming companies, arranging trusts, dealing with third-party service providers, preparing bank transfer instructions, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to internal processes and company policy.

Competencies include good attention to detail, time management, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and knowledge of Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 and Trusts (Jersey) Law 1984. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of administration experience and general competency in Microsoft Office.
