Our client is looking for an experienced Payment Supervisor to help the team manage a portfolio of corporate clients, primarily focused on cash management services.
The role include supervising the development of cash management services, managing a team of payment administrators, and aiding Client Service Administrators in providing these services. Your role would include analysing and entering payments into multiple platforms, checking suppliers, reconciling bank statements, and updating invoice trackers.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience building relationships and working as part of a team, a commitment to financial services success, a positive and flexible attitude, and experience managing high-performing teams as well as coaching and developing team members.
